Ontario Skills Passport Pilot Project & E-OSP Initiative

The Ontario Skills Passport (OSP) has been designed to document an individual's skills that are considered to be of great importance in the workplace. The OSP, now an Internet-based product, is intended to help students and job seekers identify the skills they already have and to plan further skill development so that they can transition to the workplace and/or to post-secondary education more easily.
